Technician

Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain products that sold under warranty.
- Conduct safefy and performance test before delivery products to customer.
- Handle customer enquiries relating to products and technical problems.
- Provide technical advice in order to achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Maintain stock records and ensure no shortage in product spare parts
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent in experienced on Audio system
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,English, Chinese
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
